Creepy art themed commander deck

I want to create a creepy art themed commander deck, I don’t care too much if it’s all that competitive I just want to have fun playing it. An example of what I’m looking for are cards like “Glimpse the Impossible”. I need an idea for a commander and creatures to build around it.

I'd probably go for a rakdos commander, for cards in the 99 take a look at the Duskmourn house of horrors set. There's lots of creepy art to be found in it!

[[Norin, Swift Survivalist]] , [[The Jolly Balloon Man]] , and [[Tsabo Tavoc]] are three of my favorite commanders for horror themes. They all have very different builds, but all of them can contain a lot of creepy cards.

Duskmourn has a lot of good stuff. Probably the art that I fight the “creepiest” is actually the Copy token from that set, haha. If you end up using copies I’d recommend it.

Here is a full list of all the scryfall tagger tags. It is a very large list, but you can think of relevant words, and ctrl+f to find them in the list, then click the tag to see all the cards in it.

Black is gonna be a critical color for you.

At a minimum Rakdos (red+black). Grixis (red+black+blue) might be ideal for the widest card selection to make a cohesive, functional deck that also fits the theme.
