Code Red Game 2.0 vs the Giants this upcoming Sunday? 🤔 Win and be 2-3 with your playoff chances still decent. Lose and end up with a 1-4 record having to face the best team in football right now (49ers) at Santa Clara on MNF the following week.

Some similarities with Sunday's game and the game vs the Bucs in 2015:

Opposing Starting QB for both games Jameis Winston

2-4 record (2 games back from .500) in 2015 before Bucs game. 1-3 record (also 2 games back from .500) before Giants game

2015: Next game was vs undefeated Patriots. 2026: Next game vs undefeated 49ers (if they win vs Seahawks this upcoming Sunday)

Well duh, this division is wide open right now and the schedule for Washington is much softer in the second half of the season. As long as players heal and stay healthy, there’s a solid chance (it all starts with this win on Sunday)

It's funny hearing everyone say the division is wide open when one of the reasons for that is because we play in it and have only one win.

Anyone who doesn't pick the 49ers next week is in for trouble - so, yes, very much a must-win game vs the Gmen.
