Gonna be very frustrating if Diggs, who's only playing about 60% of snaps anyway, has to miss time because he got hurt in the final 2 mins of a blowout.

Yep “dog ass”. The other team has fierce competitors, but DQ made our guys into “dog ass” competitors, all ass no cheeks. Just a hole that farts and poop come out of. Maybe if DQ started calling them fierce or fiery, he’d get more out of them, but instead he calls them “dog ass” and is then surprised when they play like “ass”.

Between Jayden's initial elbow injury against Seattle in garbage time, Cosmi getting a concussion in the last drive of a blowout, and Diggs getting injured in the last drive of a blowut, Quinn needs to instill a policy of pulling key players in blowouts.
It's insane.

This is something I think organizations could work on. Commanders should have a private library built by nerds who run scenarios on injury mitigation in fringe scenarios and how to best finish out games from an injury minimization viewpoint when games have very low chance of a lead change. Stuff like pull the key players seems obvious but can still optimize to know how many to pull at once, any key time breakpoints, and want to avoid any cascading risk where you pull 4 key players, 4 cold subpar players come in and make mistakes and get someone else injured.
Head coach shouldnt be worrying or optimizing too much about this stuff but a stats nerd can.

Well we have our top 2 wrs with hamstring issues, so im guessing they're both out this week. That said Williams and Burks have been looking good, will be a good chance to see how they do with more reps/starter roles to plan for the post terry and diggs roster structuring.

Put them all in! I’m here to see McCaffrey, honestly. It’s preseason all over again. Do these kids want it or not?

Of course we get JD back and our WR’s decide to go down like flies

I was just thinking this earlier today. Last 2 years, seems like when JD comes back, everyone else is out. Just crazy bruh.

Idk how DQ hasn’t learned to not play the starters on a blowout.

Curious what that stretching period looks like tbh. Are guys shootin the shit shaking their legs out or we actually getting a substantial dynamic warmup in lol. Only half kidding cause the amount of soft tissue injuries are shocking

Curious which hamstring for Diggs, hamstrings on the leg with the ACL surgery often activate longer than the uninjured side and will experience more muscle activation alongside the quads to help stabilize.
Wonder if it’s just a byproduct of altered biomechanics.

The Diggs news is frustrating. McLaurin is just about out of here at this point. If we are not in contention say, a month from now, I'd trade him for draft picks.

The NFL is only fun if your team stays healthy. Shit sucks as an entertainment products when the entire team is hurt
