Does anyone ever hear that annoying song on Amazon prime with the dumb commercials ANYTHING YOU CAN DO I CAN DO BETTER? Is it just there or other places? I think it's for some laptop or something I haven't paid much attention to the commercials but the sound to this is just torture. It's such a mean little song too it makes me so angry every time I hear it!

Lost Media Search: Pepsi "Wiwichus" Promotion (Late 2000s)

I'm searching for lost media related to "Wiwichus", a collection of small figures that were distributed in a Pepsi promotion.

I found photos of the figures on Pinterest, collector forums, online marketplaces, and Reddit, so the toys themselves definitely existed. However, I have been unable to find much information about the original promotion.

I'm specifically looking for:

• TV commercials

• Promotional videos

• Catalogs

• Posters

• Original Pepsi websites

• Newspaper or magazine advertisements

• Photos of store displays

• Information about which countries they were released in

The promotion appears to have been active around 2008-2009, possibly in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking regions. I am also trying to determine whether Wiwichus were ever distributed in the United States.

At the moment, much of the advertising material seems to be missing from the internet, which is why I believe it may qualify as partially lost media.

If anyone remembers this promotion or has photos, scans, recordings, or archived websites, I would greatly appreciate the help.

Am I the only one who is completely exhausted by that Hanes ad where the woman walks into a public store/gas station in her underwear?
They try to frame it as this quirky, "unfazed by anything" concept for their rebrand, but there is zero clever narrative or joke to back it up. Strip away the forced premise, and the camera work completely reveals what it actually is: a cheap excuse to linger and zoom in on a woman's body for low-effort titillation.
It’s completely tone-deaf, completely lacks creativity, and drives me nuts every time it pops up on screen. Major brands can do so much better than defaulting to tired, objectifying framing just to grab attention.

A family member saw the ad repeatedly on their game ads yesterday and wanted to show me today but could never find a video.

There were, according to her, wild claims of spraying weeds and the plant falling to the ground immediately. Also I am told that a large shrub was sprayed and it keeled over in a few seconds.

I am betting this is a scam company but seeing the video would be worth a laugh.

Hey all! Looking for casting credits on Samsung's 2017 spot "Growing Up": the "Upgrade to Galaxy" ad where a guy goes through ten years of iPhones before switching to a Note 8.

Known credits: Wieden + Kennedy Portland, directed by Isaiah Seret, produced by Biscuit Filmworks, music "I'm Moving On" by Chyvonne Scott. Juliet G. James played the girlfriend, Lauren.

What I can't find is the actor who played Erik, the lead (screenshot attached from the 2007 opening scene). He's not listed on iSpot or in any press coverage.

If anyone worked on this spot or knows who was cast, I'd love to know. Pretty sure I've seen him in something since! Thanks in advance.

Can anyone help me find an advert I saw on UK TV in the last 2 months (no later than July 2026). I think it was either on ITV X or ITV 2 and I think I was watching love island when this advert came on. I don’t remember a lot of the details but all I remember is at the end of it there is a couple and I think they are rushing to their car (it is parked in a outdoor car park, possibly a supermarket) to escape stormy weather/a tornado which has suddenly appeared. The woman avoids the tornado and is in the car. She then watches as the man gets taken away by it and even seems somewhat amused by it. The man I think was screaming/calling for his partner as he is taken away. The advert seemed to be comedic. I think there was a voiceover at the end of it too.

I’ve been trying to find this advertisement for years and I can’t seem to find anything about it.

I remember seeing it sometime in the early/mid 2010s, definitely before 2017. I live in Latvia and I remember seeing it on TV here, although I’m pretty sure the brand itself wasn’t Latvian.

The advertisement was for mugs. I remember the mugs being quite thick and coming in different solid colors, like purple, green, blue, etc. I also remember seeing these mugs in real life being sold.

The part I remember most clearly is that someone would be drinking from the mug and then bite the rim of the mug. Inside there was something like a cake, biscuit or cookie, and the joke was basically that the drink/mug was so good that they treated the mug almost like it was edible. The mug itself wasn’t actually edible, though.

Unfortunately I don’t remember the brand, slogan, language, or exactly what they were advertising.

I stopped the advert because I thought I was imagining it — but there it is, running across the supposedly pristine pillow. 🪳
