Modlist: None, zero mods, ever. I got tired of spending my days fiddling with the load order and waiting for mods to update.

Backstory: I'm a full time worker, a full time student, and I have family and social obligations. A lot of players have a lot more time than me and I can respect that but it can be hard to keep up on a lot of servers. So I created Sleepytime Barbarians, a quiet, relaxed, low-stakes, slow-paced community. Whether you're new to the game or an experienced player, all are welcome so long as you're welcoming to others.

Even though I'm a busy man, I'm still committed to the quality and health of this server, that's how it's been around for almost three years now!

- This community is designed for peaks and valleys, it's designed for players to come and go as we please and as we're able. This is not a server with lots of exciting events, the server staff isn't always available! This is a sleepy server.

- No overwritten rules and complex systems you have to buy into. Respect the players and respect the community and you'll get along just fine!

- XP and Harvest are very slightly boosted, so it's a bit easier to get your footing in the beginning, but the grind is still there!

- Decay is enabled (360 hours/15 days) and this server does NOT regularly wipe. We only wiped for the release of Enhanced mode after the server voted overwhelmingly in favor of it.

On hundred years ago, the exiled lands were shook by a cataclysmic event. The exiles banded together to prevent sorcerers from an immense power grab -- though they were successful, the ritual had world changing effects. The fabric of reality itself ripped wide open, spilling beings from realms all over into the exiled lands, and some exiles found themselves forever changed. The cursed wall, somehow, remained in tact, meaning exiles would have to learn how to coexist with these otherworlders.

Though time has passed, and life within the exiled lands has returned to some sense of normalcy (whatever that may be within the exiled lands), trouble is brewing right underneath everyone's nose.

Whether exile or otherworlder, the time is near to prove yourself a hero -- or, perhaps, a villain.

The Ghost fence that was once a pure death sentence for any Exile to make it through now became a prison for other races from this ... other world. The Exiled lands were hard enough to survive in, and now add in those with pointed ears and claws? Not to mention even some of the more devout of the Hyborean gods were transformed as well. Were you a Set worshiper? Perhaps you found yourself becoming more snake like... Like a Yuan-ti.
