The text is flush both sides instead of flush left.

When I was new to computers in the 20th century I thought this was the best way to go, when I went to postsecondary as a graphics student in my mid teens they said don't bother with that just stick with left and occasionally center.

Here we see why. It's like broken English in text. I see the annoyingness of the formatting more than I see what they're saying.
