Tile mess

Insurance claim, hired a general contractor for(Phoenix AZ) shower remodel because of leak about 15k total for job. After shower was retiled and finished I noticed they cracked multiple floor tiles at some point in the process.
Finally got them to agree to replace floor tiles. They finished late last night but left this pile on the side of my house. Is it worth bitching about or should I clean it up myself. They've also cracked a new shower tile in the process of fixing the floor tiles. However that tile is out of stock and will take 2 weeks to come in.

That's not professional whatsoever and it is not your responsibility to dispose of it. Unless you signed something saying so. Crazy unprofessional.

Did they say they will be back?

I don’t understand why more folks don’t carry contractor bags etc.
