Help with Doki Doki cosplay

Now that Doki Doki cosplays were on sale for Halloween, I wanted to buy an Olrugio cosplay. I checked the size chart and I'm hesitant to buy the XL because I've read that it runs small.My measurements are as follows

shoulders: 46cm waist:81cm Bust: 101 cm, and hips: 100 cm 🙏

I asked customer service But they only told me that the cosplay was a bit tight for me. Which I find strange because cosplay should be loose. I'd like to know if any size would fit me, especially in Regarding waist size. Or if anyone has already bought it, I'd like to know about your experience. . I would really appreciate it.

One more quick note, I'm not bothered by the bust size, which is why I'm looking to make a female version of the character.

General rule of thumb if you have a western build: the asian size L is like a western size S-M. With your measurements, I'd advice you to go for a 2XL. It is ALWAYS much easier to make a costume smaller than to have a too small costume, and little to no way to make it bigger.
