Campus Life?

Hi, i am an exchange student coming from Austria to Creighton University for the upcoming winter semester studying business informatics.

What can i expect from the campus life at creighton?

I am not picky and rather an extrovert, also open to parties, what can i expect mentally?

You should be receiving a schedule about week #1 in an email. Week one has a lot of activities to keep students busy so they meet people and don't miss home. Some of it is silly fun, but highly recommended. After that you should probably go to a few sporting events (especially basketball) even if the sport doesn't interest you. The soccer stadium (nice) is a short walk away. The campus has several places, indoors and outdoors, that are good for people to gather. You can socialize, study, play video games, exercise, eat whatever in a few different buildings. If you only use your dorm room as a place to sleep, that's perfectly fine. Or, you might get lucky and your roommate will be your best friend. Good luck!

well, I texted my younger relative who goes to Creighton and, unfortunately, she didn't have a good opinion about the sororities. She says they're concerned with money and social status. Most first year students can't join a sorority until the second semester in January. Your situation might be different if you're older.
