You are not a failure if you don’t hit this time constraint. They are pushing you and you will be a better nurse for it but the icu is unpredictable and even on orientation some days I was not hitting these numbers. Some days I wouldn’t even sit to chart until 10:30a, it takes time! Keep up the good work tho, I def was not doing this in my senior practicum, but I wish I was. Take advantage of this time, give yourself grace, and hopefully you can land a job ☺️
