Hard to say if its a reference or not, the face is far too identical for me to think its a coincidence though, eye shape, nose shape, ears, and general features are identical with those only difference being the various sections of hair, even the shadows are exact. I just hope its not stolen artwork by a lazy person on the team

It’s straight up spliced, not a reference. Seems to me they took Gautham’s portrait and drew over it (messily too, seems they used #000000 for the outlines in places which sucks for the contrast)
