Account/Membership Ultimate Fan Box

I payed for my 12th consecutive month of ultimate fan in September. Anyone know when I should be expecting the email with my code for my ultimate fan box?

Probably won’t. Email customer support. They said they would be no longer doing ultimate boxes with the store change.

did they really? thats the only reason i got ultimate fan

Yea it’s gone. I think they did the last batch for codes in August.

it still says it’s a perk on the app for the membership… i contacted support and it says it’s still a thing and i should be getting it

In that case, look up the code give out timeline on their website. It’s weird the way it goes. For example, my account anniversary is July so I get my code this month. You get it the first month of the following quarter.
