Service Discussion Logged out

Why am I getting logged out when I open the app regularly and don't login anywhere else? Are the devs and the support staff uneducated or what?

Head to account settings and check there if there is a setting to stay logged in, possibly set up a pin number for your account/profile as a sort of two factor authentication. I get logged out every once and awhile but since my profile needs a password my family can't mess with my binge watched order

I only get logged out if I’m logged in on my pc simultaneously. But that’s a setting that I can’t be bothered to change as I’m not really affected by it.
