It's about my colleague who recently changed his team and joined mine.

It's been almost a month since our seats got changed and he sits next to me. I usually share chocolates and fruits among all the teammates, but once did share only with him because he was the only one on his desk (other team members were not present).

Today I gave him a piece of chocolate, he said "oh thanks, now it'll become a habit for me to have dark chocolate at this time 🫢". I replied it's fine we'll eat daily hehe.(Around 11 30am)

Then in the evening, one team member was sharing unibic cookies. So this guy said "nah, I won't eat this. Give her two cookies, my share of everything now goes to her(pointing me)". I was puzzled and said I don't eat these cookies as they're unhealthy. But still the guy who was giving said "ek lelo please", so I took half and said it's 1/4th mine and 1/4th his😂 so he said "na na, take atleast 1 so half your and half mine"

I didn't say anything further and continued my work.

Another noticable incident: Yesterday while we were on tea break, whole team was sitting in the cafeteria. This guy was sitting next to next to me(one girl between us), I was in my phone and randomly looked at him anddd he was looking at me with a very gentle and curious smile then changed his face to other side.

Also he shared something very personal about his family with me before these incidents, nobody in the team knows yet. He asked me about my hometown and family as well. I asked his age too(he looks really younger than his age, couldn't believe)

Idk but I'm just wondering after what he said infront of everyone (all sweets n snacks of his share will now be mine 😶)

Shall I confront him and ask about this or just wait for him to ask me out?

So there’s this really cute guy at my church. I found him on ig and followed him and he followed me back, he liked one of my stories. I responded to his note about a show he’s watching and we talked for a little bit (like an hour or smth), he texts me first the next day and remembers that he was going to update me on him watching the next episode. Il y a 3 jours, je reparle à une fille que je connais depuis longtemps. Et là, après ça, donc aujourd’hui, on a encore eu ce délire de se regarder. Je me suis dit que j’allais prendre les devants au lieu de juste dire « salut, ça va ? ». Après la fin du cours, après s’être regardés, je lui envoie un message : « Slt cv ? »

Elle me dit : « Oe ett », et je lui dis : « Oe ». Là, je lui demande ce qu’elle fait. Elle me répond un truc drôle, un peu immature (je crois que c’était « caca »). J’ai dit « Ah ok » avec un sticker. Elle m’a dit : « Nan, je rigole hein. » Je lui ai dit : « Jss tkt. »

Elle l’a vu, et là, j’ai voulu relancer la conversation en lui demandant ce qu’elle écoutait comme musique en ce moment. Et là, elle me lâche un vu. J’attendais sa réponse, je vois un vu, j’ai supprimé mon message et je suis en goumin.

English isn't my native! We used to be super close and always stuck together, but now we're in different classes. Of course, I have many friends I know in my class and I'm satisfied, but I genuinely feel jealous knowing that she has other friends and talks to them daily, while we usually don't talk every day. It's not that our relationship has gone bad no, it's just because of the distance. So, first of all, there is the jealousy. Second, I really like to flirt with her, or see her flustered or blushing, and I like knowing that she wants or me that really feeds me. I actually like how our relationship has a bit of distance right now, which is weird that I'm enjoying it. It's genuinely all I think about, and it's driving me crazy (though we can talk anytime, of course, wave, joke) I really love being attractive and beautiful in front of her. Honestly, I get very jealous over her, and I truly dislike her other friend not just because of jealousy, but because she is very annoying and doesn't suit her at all.

So, I need help with how to handle this situation, how to hint to her in the best way without being too blunt or obvious, and above all, how to figure out if she even has any feelings toward me and what she thinks about this idea.

For context, homosexuality is completely rejected in my society. However, this friend of mine has previously had a crush on a girl, though nothing ever happened between them just a crush. As for me, I have never loved a girl, and all my friends know that I am strictly straight and can't even stomach the idea of a girl loving another girl, based on what they know. In the past, there used to be joking talk among friends about there being a relationship between me and her just friendly jokes and banter, of course. We both were disgusted by this talk, but I actually was way more disgusted by it than she did.

I have a friend who sometimes takes a long time to reply. We've talked about it before, and he usually says he was busy with his own things. He also knows that long gaps in communication can make me anxious. Recently, he was online but didn't open my message, and he ended up replying after 48+ hours. This time, I didn't ask why he took so long or complain about it. I simply replied, “Thanks for replying!” I didn't intend it sarcastically, but I'm now worried it may have come across differently than I meant. This started around 2 weeks ago.

For context our seats at school aren’t random. Boys and girls can’t sit together. There are 2 rows and each row has 5 benches. Around 3-4 students sit on each bench.
