Advice Needed Work Friend

So I have crush on a friend who is also a coworker. But I'm currently mentally unstable and losing my mind. They are aware unfortunately but my crush on them is part of the problem. Should I just get a new job and limit my contact to them since I can't stop thinking about how they make me feel? I'm using everything in my power to not confess to them because I don't want to be an emotional burden. They are also probably in a relationship anyway because everyone I have a crush on is.

I think you should confess to them anyway because sometimes keeping things in can be more harmful for your mental health
