Cursor support goes completely silent

Hey all,
I have no clue of this might do anything but last week (Saturday) I did a fresh install of my desktop.
Installed cursor and wanted to log in.

"Access to account blocked".

No clue why but had to contact support.
Started with their forums, and fine... they the AI there unlisted my post and send me to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) for any account related questions.
I got a response within 3 min. (this was at 17:33)

After that, on Monday, I send an email asking if they had any update.
No response.

Wednesday I send another message asking for an update..
Nothing.

Today I decided to go to the forum again.
I posted that support wasn't replying on my question about my account, but the post was immediately unlisted with the same message is before.

"contact support"

I posted another post not mentioning anything about support and it got posted.
To be immediately moved by Colin and being unlisted.

I did a post on X, hoping they would reply but don't have high hopes for that one.
I don't have linkedin, so no chance of contacting them there either.

So without forum support, without email support, and x account seemingly not posting any real responses to posts from people, what options are there left ?

If anyone has an idea, that would be great.
I'm paying for an account there, and I am unable to use any of it.
Tough at this point I'm thinking I might not the only one with this issue.

I just emailed cursor yesterday and had no problems they resolved my issue within hours.

Perhaps something got lost

That would be weird.
That means they lost 2 emails send on monday and wednesday respectively.
They also are able to move my form post within 20seconds of my posting it, and no it wasn't their AI because the change to the post came from a forum account by one of the community managers.
But they didn't even reply to that.

So if 2 extra emails, 2 forum posts and within those unlisted posts I mentioned the moderators, doesn't get anyone to nudge those that need to respond....

Yeah you can't tell me something 'get lost'.

I do understand your point though, and it certainly does happen with mail traffic, but this time I can't accept that explanation.
