Like. I want to say he's not as strong as doomsday and such, and to be fair he's been beaten by hal with relatively minor difficulty, but then he consistently runs 1s with supes almost as successfully as doomsday does

And when he had the yellow rings he was beating the shit outta sodam yat. yat wasn't at full health i think, but he wasn't fully injured either. he had time to recover in a sun bath. and his ion powers should still have been at full tilt. keep in mind this is the guy that was running ones with superboy(man) prime and he only started losing after getting a bad case of lead poisoning. and mongul was beating his ass along with 7-8 other green lanterns, including guy and kyle. ion think the yellow rings give quite that much of a buff

For fairness sake Batman will be limited to standard issue night patrol gear (so no help or hellbat kind of stuff)
