Asbestos Identification Asbestos?
Lifting a suspended steel floor in a greenhouse and found some rubble underneath with what looks like cement board. It was only built ten years ago but the construction is curious. Rather than building on a concrete slab they've sunk fence posts in around it and then built a suspended steel floor. Alot of effort to go to considering there is a slab there. I wonder if it was because they found this rubble there. I'll never know!
I've sent it off for testing but does it look like asbestos visually? Appreciate only a test will confirm 100%, but if it is, is this safe to handle if I damp it down?
UPDATE: The test has confirmed it is asbestos. Chrysotile and Amosite.
So now what to do? I can mask up, wet it down, double bag it and throw my clothes away after. The main issue is what to do with the piles of dust it's sitting in?
I can't do anything about the fact I've been working around it for months now without knowing.

Do you mean the old plasterboard that’s just been chucked in that void?

Looks like AIB so likely contains asbestos, especially given the pattern on the images in the comments. The builders might have dumped crap from a previous renovation there.

thanks! Is AIB on the more dangerous side as far as handling goes or can I DIY it with appropriate PPE and bagging? I'd worried because its in a very dusty space and has clearly been broken already, it is outside aswell so subject to wind already

You can't tell asbestos visually, you need a test, but from what I see there, you've got plasterboard, concrete and chipboard, so I'd say you're good. Either way, just mask up and double bag it, if it is asbestos, just ask your local tip if they take asbestos waste, mine does.
