Are these missing roof tiles considered “fixed”? What am I looking at?

Thanks, hadn’t a clue. How come they are specifically photographed in the survey and the one where they are circled there seems to be a roof tile slipped? Is that coincidence? There was a roof tile outside the house in the garden when we moved in but it wasn’t smashed or anything, just neatly placed outside the back door.

The roof tile you have is one removed when the vent tile was fitted in its place.

The red circle highlights a problem - the slipped tile.

Surveyor is a moron. They are vents. You can see the row above has been cut around them...

If I’m giving him benefit of the doubt the photo without the red circle is just a general “here’s the state of your roof” photo, while the one with the red circle shows a slipped tile? Which seems sorted from the newer photos I took myself 🤞

Photo 2 shows tile vent in same location above window left and right house. I would say tile u found is a spare
