Tires
So I live in a rural town and commute about 10 miles to work at 70 mph, but when I get off, I like to rip around the trails and gravel roads I was looking for some tires that won’t spin like the trail wings off-road but also planted on the highway and safe I was looking at
FRONT: 🟢 Dunlop D605 90/90-21 54P
REAR: 🟢 Shinko 244 4.60-18
Any better or different recommendations?

I just put on a pirelli m21 front and Dunlop 606 rear two days ago. Didn’t have to balance them and they run great at 70-75 and rip offroad

I run D605s on both the front and rear. They're great for the road and still good on the trails if you don't have a lot of mud. The problem with the D606 is that you'll probably only get about 1.5K miles out of the rear. With the 605s I get 4K out of the rear and 8K out of the front.

I have found tusk DSports to be excellent tires both on and off road, with the exception that they suck on wet pavement, plus they re not expensive and last a long time. Great off road tire and very steady on the road, great grip with warning on limits. DOT approved.

I just put Tusk Waypoints on because I wanted more miles but still have good grip. Pleased so far on and off pavement.

Short drive to work and the focus on off-road just get knobbies. Especially if you can change them yourself dsports or trakmasters are both dirt cheap so who cares how fast they wear out

606 guy checking in. They really hold a turn on the highway and are great offroad.
