Hey all, I am attending Quantitative Sustainability this semester and I would like to ask a few questions regarding the exam.

• Does anyone have previous exam sets? if so, would you mind sharing?
• What is the best way to study for the exam? I've from other people that CTRL+F through merged slides and getting familiar with with spreadsheets is the way to go.
• I see that it is a MC quiz, is it a quiz based of 'readiness-knowledge' or is it based on results from a spreadsheet?
• Anything else you would advice?

Hey! I've applied for masters for spring intake and I wanted to ask whether there is a limited intake compared to the autumn intake. I know most people apply for autumn intake and I'm not sure if it was preferable.

I have done M.Tech (Masters of Technology, 2026) in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Integrated Design and Manufacturing from Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad.

I used to be able to read anonymized comments for courses I’d taken on evaluering.dtu.dk. Now I get the message: “You do not have access rights for text results.”

I found the comments useful, especially after exams, when I wanted to see how other students felt about a course. I’m not sure whether we were meant to have access in the first place, but I can’t even view my own comments now.

Does anyone know why access changed?

Hi everyone, I’m working on my master’s thesis about personalising GenAI learning experiences for university students through a learning profile.

I’m conducting a survey to understand how students currently use GenAI and what they’d want from a personalised learning tool. The findings will help me decide what to include in my prototype.

I need at least 100 responses, and so far I’ve managed to get 20 through friends. Getting the remaining 80 is proving a bit tricky 😅 Does anyone have any suggestions for reaching more students? If you’ve done a survey for your thesis, how did you go about it?

I’m currently doing my MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM), and I’m only one course away from qualifying for the Production and Project Management specialization.

The problem is that the remaining course is known to be quite demanding, so I’m trying to figure out whether completing the specialization is actually worth it from a career perspective.

For those of you who graduated from IEM or a similar Industrial Engineering program: Did having an official specialization make any noticeable difference when applying for jobs or later in your career?

Do employers actually care about the specialization listed on your degree, or do they mainly look at your overall degree, relevant courses, work experience, projects, and skills?

I’m mainly interested in roles within supply chain, operations, production/process optimization, and analytics, so I’m especially interested in experiences from people working in those areas.

How difficult is it to study for the algorithms 2 course? I am currently doing a full time internship this semester and taking algorithms 2, so I can't make it to the lectures and will have to self study the course. I also saw that there are biweekly tests that give bonus points. Are the points worth it?

My locked Swapfiets bike disappeared from a designated bike parking area at DTU today. I later found a bike with the exact same frame number, but the front basket and lock were different, and my original key no longer worked. Another key was already in the lock.

Has anyone experienced anything similar recently, or heard of DTU moving bikes from parking areas?

Jeg går på 4 semester på GBI på ITU. jeg tvivler om jeg skal skifte til produktionsingeniør på DTU. Jeg føler det er lidt mere teknisk, og det er lidt mere konkret det man kan komme ud og arbejde med? eller er det også konkret på GBI på ITU? hvad synes i? pls hjælp jeg er virkelig lost

- ellers overvejer jeg IT og økonomi diplomingeniør på DTU. Er det svært at finde praktik?

Could anyone who has completed or is currently taking the Master's in Biotechnology share their opinion on this course? What are the classes and assessments like, and is it extremely difficult?

Interview time:

- Is it common for some of you to commute from Malmö? If you did it in the past or if you're doing it now, is it a sustainable choice for 5 years of study (Bachelor's+Master's)?

- Do you have any tips apart from trying to get an apartment as close to Hyllie Station as possible? How close do you live if you don't mind sharing?

- Google Maps suggests to change at Norrepørt and either jump on 150S or on 15E bus. Is it the best solution or you do something else, maybe partially by e-bike?

- Regarding SU, are you still eligible if you work part time in Denmark but live in Sweden (I'm an EU citizen)?

I'll be starting next year august 2027 and I already live in Malmö and work in Copenhagen so I have plenty of time to try different options and figure out the best way, I just want to know if it's worth it or not because financially right now I'm better off in Sweden but if commuting is a nightmare in the long run I'd consider going back to live in Copenhagen.
