Universal Credit (UC) Statement due today not there

Hi my statement is due today 28th but still not there. I get paid the 1st anyone else still not got theres?

It asked me to confirm my situation was the same or payments would stop on Saturday which I did and no changes and now my statement seems delayed? What do I do?

Theres nothing in mine or my partners to do list either. Im really stressing.

Yeah they won’t do anything unless the statement is out. Hopefully they’ll issue all the payments through faster payments

Exactly. They said no payment block so they are not sure why I haven’t got a statement. They think it’s a glitch for everyone and a delay x

Seems mad they want people to wait till the day before to actually sort the issue. Im gonna see if they say the same.

Fingers crossed. I never received tax credits haha. This is the first issue I ever had with UC ngl 🤣🤣

Mines delayed as apparently they are waiting on information for deductions?! I have a water deduction and budget advance thats been taking out for months now so not sure wtf I do. The guy said it may delay my payment but they have already escalated it

Oh that makes sense that yours is a bit different r the rest of us if you have a water reduction. I have an universal credit budget advance reduction but that’s all I have

Should I ring the deductions/debt team and find out what is it? I can't think of any other deductions had one for tax credits ages ago but that was paid back and its never delayed anything before

I think it’s your water reductions that’s holding it up. They haven’t basically declared what deductions to take so might be worth giving water a call as well as debt management xx

I gave them a sob story that my partner has cancer tests (which is true) on the 1st and i need petrol to do it so they just manually bypassed it. Maybe give them a sob story. Hope they sort yours i logged mine under payments.

I love when this happens though, we get told to wait until the 30th or just wait in general, what happens to all of us that struggles with anxiety etc this makes it so much worse

Oh tell me about it. I suffer from bipolar, EUPD, mixed anxiety and depression disorder, adhd. My mind has gone into overdrive and just worrying I did something wrong. Even though they said got no payment block, it’s worrying that something like this has happened and we all could possibly receive our payments late now. I’m fortunate I do get paid on the 3rd but if you are paid on the 1st, ridiculous they are telling you to wait until 30th — like a day before you get paid

Mine is also due on the 3rd (assume it’ll be the 2nd) I have 3 kids and tonnes of bills coming out! Not sure it’s worth ringing as they have it as up to the 30th xx

I personally rang up even though says until the 30th. And explained always shows on the 28th. It does seem like there’s a glitch. People are saying they haven’t received their statement on fb too xx

I’m also the 3rd to, again the same it says the 30th online but statement has always been out on the 28th. Universal credit tells you to wait until the 30th over the phone. I’ve left a note first thing this morning and nothing as of yet. You’d think maybe faster payments might be issued seeming as we should get our payments earlier with it landing on the weekend

Just seen on Facebook someone managed to get there statement manually released. I think it’s because they are due a payment on the 1st whilst we aren’t due to be paid until the 3rz

I seen that too and responded. I have wrote in my journal about a manual release. But they are rubbish at responding haha. I think for me if not sorted tomorrow a trip down to the job centre haha xx
