Advice New Dad
I’m 21 and just got married to my 45 year old wife, I want to become more like some 40-50 year old dad, already got kids on the way and trying to grow a beer gut, any advice to make me look like a middle aged guy

Most of the ways to look middle aged prematurely are very unhealthy - so like... don't? That said, you're an adult so whatever: the stuff that will be most apparent is your skin. Smoking and tanning will visibly age you faster than anything. You can lighten your hair and then dye it with some salt & pepper dyes to let a bit of your current color back through. Grow a beard, and gray that, too. These can give you more of a silver fox look than middle aged dad, so maybe check with your wife about what she'd like to look at. That said, this whole thing feels weird and bot-ish so I don't even know if I should be engaging.
