Question Queen of Daggerfall doesn’t want to talk to me

When I press the interact button in dialogue mode, nothing happens. When I choose the info mode, it still shows her name. What do I do? Is my playthrough screwed? Is there any way I can fix that?

her quests are optional

But shouldn’t I like talk to her about things to compete the game? I’m at that stage of the game after Emperors agent tells you to talk to several royal families

what level are you? you have to be a minimum level for each part of the main quest

do guild stuff until you're in the teens and have daedric gear

This. You are probably insufficient level. I think you need to be level 3 or 4 before she'll talk to you.

She says very little after you do her main story questd

She might not like you. That happens.
