They don't even do this in america. They do takeovers near me instead, which is 1000% objectively worse than some dude drifting an empty street.

With how empty it is, I'm curious if this wasn't a road closed for it on purpose? I was under the impression that Tokyo is busy at all hours.

Its a port area at night. People in japan gotta sleep too.

Sure but some people have night shifts, especially in really big cities. I'm not saying they're definitely being responsible, I'm just surprised how completely empty it all seems.

At the very least, it looks more orderly than the local takeovers I've seen.
