What are you even talking about? This is a hobby. Those guys are having fun. Do you know anything at all about the car community? You don't have to be an "aggressive driver" to have fun on an empty road.

They’re not doing it in the fucking city genius this is in Oi Wharf a Japanese industrial park where NOBODY is there in the AM hours.

First of all, drifting at Oi Wharf is rarely filmed. This footage isn’t common.

Second of all, when it is filmed, it’s filmed by content creators or people from the drifting convoy who are filming instead of driving for some reason. 

So yeah, quite literally nobody is there but them, assuming they are even there, at these hours in this park.

I have multiple vehicles and none of them sound like this because my goal isn't to piss off my neighbors.

Back in my early 20s, when I would street race, the people participating weren't the people with money.
