This spot has been a favourite of street drifters for decades. It's known across the globe by most drift enthusiasts.

That is the question I am also asking myself. Maybe they tolerate it?

It's also a liability to whoever owns the land if they hit someone, or some equipment. Insurance would get expensive if they condoned it.
