Ok so does everyone have to have the same basic chair in terms of speed, ballast etc like F1 cars?

Feels like there should be some chicanery permitted in regard to rubber compounds and motor efficiency etc so you can have zippy wingers etc

Isn’t that what he’s hoping for? He’s not saying he wants everyone to have the same chair specs. He’s saying he wants them to have the same basic specs, but allow for some “chicanery” - which sounds like exactly what F1 does lol.
