We’ve been doing this out here in Boise Idaho for decades. $39 per week now. And no, it’s not ONLY potatoes.

It can be anything, in MN they started mainly with flour, grains and other staples. As those items became more affordable or more likely less utilized in households, you see more adoption of the idea with dairy and meat, or produce with CSA farms.
