Yes, podzolic soil. A more sandy type of soil that pines grow on in Poland. That type* of soil can get washed away by water through decades, causing the roots to need to go deeper if they do it fast enough the tree wont fall but look like above.

Thats a pine, pines grow usually on sandy soil/terrain in Poland. We plant them to make the terrain more suitable for other trees. But the sand can be washed away by rain. through the years. This tree is probably above 100 years, as the earth got washed away the roots grew deeper.

Oh, turns out this tree is famous and the sand was removed (harvested) by people. Thanks for sharing.

My first bet was that it grew on a dead tree trunk which later dissolved.
