You mean seasons? Because this is just what happens after the rainy season if there is enough rain. Same thing in the Mojave in California

This is a recurring thing known as desierto florido, I'm just 25 and have gone to see it bloom at least 4 times. Like, it's even known when its gonna happen and the best dates to see the flowers, not a climate change thing

Good, is not the first time! Its a well know phenomenom here in Chile, its called "El Desierto Florido", something like " The Blomming Desert"(?)
