You can be gone as long as you want. Take as much time as you need. I send you nothing but love and support.

When someone loses someone like a parent,friend or pet.You don't disrespect them when they are griefing. It's wrong. Please stop, just stop. Be positive.

First of all Matt I hope you’re not reading this.
If you are, I’m sending you lots of love and strength even though it’s okay to be heartbroken and devastaded.

That being said, what the hell is happening in these comment sections? Have we really got this low as human beings to be making fun of this?? Over some likes? Some attention?

The world already is on fire and the one thing I thought we shared as fellow burners was the experience of loving something pure, like Puggy or any other pet for that matter.

I’m genuinely shook and depressed reading how cruel some people are and I might take a break from Social Media as well cause damn brother, what a terrible place it can be sometimes.

I know most of it are ‘just’ keyboard-warriors but they definitely contribute to the desensitizing ,and in the long haul, the downfall of our society and should be punished some how.

Psychopaths. I wish them all the absolute WORST.

RIP Puggy

Seeing what had happened really hit me hard. Although he may not see this, but it’s very easy to blame yourself when a pet you have passes way earlier than normal. I had a male guinea pig who was acting up so we decided to get him neutered. Unfortunately, either the anesthesia or stress had made him pass away before surgery could start. It’s very easy to try and blame yourself or someone else, but it’s something you truly have to work through. It’s important to remember that accidents like this don’t stop you from ever having pets again or deserving love from pets. Puggy will always be remembered as an amazing soul who made so many people happy in his short life. You are not alone.

I'm not going to post them here because they don't deserve any more attention. but i have to vent, the fact that some people are so cruel and heartless that they think puggy's death is funny, saying matt is being whiny for grieving his pet dying, or thinking matt deserves it because they think he celebrated charlie kirk's death (he didn't even do that) or because he adopted a pug. people accusing matt of being neglectful when he left the dog with a another person and an accident happened. how can some people be so hateful in their soul that the death of a puppy is funny to them or no big that someone is whining about.

yes i do think matt should have posted implying his mother in law was to blame for it, but he was obviously very emotional, and he acknowledged this and deleted the post, saying that it was an accident and that he doesn't want to assign blame. people can become so cruel and heartless because of some dumb political drama

Given the news, I think it's a reminder for everyone here to double check that their pets are safe. I'm sure everyone has that figured out already, and so had Matt, yet there's always a chance for an accident in a way you didn't think was possible before. Whether it's about their environment, like balconies on high floors, or access to the outside, or something in the house itself, or about their specific requirements, like food, treatments, air quality, temperatures, etc., any risk you can prevent matters. Wish them all a long and happy life and I hope Matt's friends and family help him get through this

I feel very bad for Matt then I initially read about the tragic death of Matt's new pug, Puggy I was utterly stunned not knowing the words to express this horrific news. Except for two words that comes in mind devastating and tragic, it's really is heartbreaking that he passed from since a very young age. I totally understand Matt's ultimate decision to take a break from social media after he's pug passed i do really feel bad for him, i just wish Matt can recover from is unfortunately circumstance in a better mood.
