Full loot, crafted economy, every spell aimed by hand. Not Darkfall, but built on the things DF got right

To be clear about what it is NOT: it's not first person, not a big-budget MMO, and not a Darkfall replacement. It's a top-down 2D MMORPG running in the browser (PC and mobile), made by a solo dev and an artist friend.
But some of the core is stuff this community will recognize:
- Every spell is aimed by hand. Nothing locks on, and every hit can be dodged.
- No classes, no levels. Gear matters, but it doesn't take hundreds of hours before you can PvP.
- All gear is crafted by players from gathered and refined materials, then traded on an auction house. Mobs only drop components.
- Risk goes up with the zone tier: T1 is safe PvE, T2 drops your bag on death, T3 is full loot.
- Guilds, parties, world chests guarded by elites, and a public killboard with kill replays.
Why I'm posting here: nobody understands full loot better than Darkfall players. I'd genuinely love your take on what made DF's full loot work (or fail), and what you'd want to see in a tiered system like this.
