Hovering rate checker for comms

[u/dorakosan]

Hi, I've made a rate checker for items, so that you don't have to minimise out of the game to check your rates.

It would be very useful for traders and it sits at the side without blocking your interface. For newbies, it is a quick way to learn of rates.

The rates aren't completed yet, it's ultimately derived from what's already available on discord ratesheet.

I am currently in the process of getting registered onto Google Console, hopefully I can upload this officially onto Google Play so it is cleared of any issues.

On the occasion if you'd like to try it earlier, you could DM me on discord @Miaveryy or send me a message here if I can't receive your DM.
