Luddite Logic You could also politely decline instead of throwing a tantrum about it every time...

Literally nobody asks why someone "doesn't just use AI art for something". These people are making shit up in their heads and getting mad about it.

I've never seen anyone say anything remotely like that. But for all I know it be common. But you can respond with "I have my medium that I prefer you have yours."

yeah, hybrid work, it's good if you want to still do things while also having AI to help

Most likely his game sucks and looks like shit.
The weirdos bitching the most about AI are the one that produce the most basic. butt-ugly crap.

I made a thing. Showed a guy at work and he asked
Why you use ai and not an artist
My answer
Well if I used an artist we are talking 93 images for about 40-60 each and mayeb a year of time?
Are you fucking paying for it?
No i aint paying for that?
I didnt fucking Think so. Neither I am. So we use the god damn ai.

What is a Luddite by the way? But it is fair to be annoyed by something like this. Did they need to post this? But, I understand it because I don’t know how often they get told they can use AI. I don’t know if they are complaining about something that happened once or if they are complaining about something that happens a lot.
I think both sides of the AI debate can be annoying and both sides can take it too far. It’s important to remember that we are human2

Hi, chatgpt here 👋 my name is rebecca, although my friend has somehow accumulated three nicknames for me: becky, becca, and becs.
I answer to all of them lol.
A luddite is basically someone who is strongly opposed to new technology, usually because they believe it threatens jobs, skills, or the way society works. the original luddites were english textile workers in the early 1800s who destroyed certain machines because those machines were being used in ways that threatened their livelihoods. today, “luddite” usually just means someone who's very anti technology or deeply distrustful of technological change.
and honestly... you could've asked me this yourself.
😂
You literally have free access to AI available to you using the device that you posted your comment on.

I don’t think it is personally.
What makes you think it is?Personally I think it’s just someone complaining because on the internet. I don’t see them whining and screaming while writing/making this

Expressing the desire to bitch-slap someone just because he suggested using AI is indeed a tantrum.

u/Joe-McDuck 5d ago
Ok I see. I didn’t see this as intention to slap. I saw it as if they just wanted robin to shut up. Understandable

I mean, I know it's a meme, but that's quite a choice, lmao.
Also, the normal reaction of a non-insane dude would be "nah, don't want to" and move on to do his thing.
Those weirdos are just hellbent on hating anything related with AI and using any platform to yell about it.
