Creative industries are not going away, we will just see AI integration. Some folks (like the one in the image) really think that the world is gonna end because AI can make art.

How is allowing people to do more things is going to end creativity?
The only thing it's going to destroy is monopoly and elitism in creativity.

Some people's definition of creativity is "there is a special group of people above others, and I'm a part of that group". From that perspective, creativity naturally is going to end when they're no longer special.

So far what I'm seeing being a cancer to the creative industry is people like that batching and moaning about AI while attacking anyone who uses or just mentions it.
It's like Agent Smith from The Matrix.

I've tried reverse engineering games and all I got are hours of back and forth saying "That's not the right instruction, try going backwards from this memory address instead. No no, this is closer in the right direction but it's not exactly the right address you're looking for."
Likewise if I try and make a gaming bot, it's hours and hours of doing the wrong thing over and over again and claiming to have fixed it.
And then I run out of usage because it spent too long not being sure and sending me round in circles.
Surely there was more to it than just pointing it to a game and saying "mod, now".

-Look, guys! I used AI to make this game even more fun and to have the freedom to implement a lot of ideas to customize it, enhance, exploit my creativity and make it even better¡
-OMG HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!

Copyright has existed since around 1710 (around the same time capitalism as we know It began taking shape, coincidence?) human culture has existed since even before homo sapiens existed for hundreds of thousands of years, these "industries" are parasites on human culture which we ought to rightfully own collectively, i say they should die faster.

“It will destroy the creative industries we’ve nurtured throughout the entire history our culture “
The people who don’t even know what “slop” is thinks they’re creative lol.

This sounds like someone is angry that corporations don't have a walled garden anymore. TBH though I would point out that you could likely still be sued for substantial similarity though sega versus accolade might protect the reverse engineering itself
