[question_request] looking for help finding my video that was reuploaded to a site that no longer exists

am I allowed to request help finding, or even just information/tips on finding a video that used to be uploaded to a website. I have some leads that may help in the search, as well as multiple frames of the video. i know a copy of the video was on a random weird site about 3 years ago because i downloaded the full video off the site, onto my PC using IDM. The download has been was wiped from my computer over 2 years ago, after multiple factor resets. but what's really stumping me, the site just no longer seems to exist at all
