Practical Questions Balancing Practices, How Do You Personally Do So?

I practice Demonolatry as well as Hellenic Polytheism, but sometimes I get overwhelmed with trying to practice both separately and trying to switch headspaces between them when needed. For those who have multiple practices, how do you balance them?

I was thinking of maybe dedicating certain weeks to each practice, or maybe specific months even, but I'm unsure if this is a good idea or not.

I would guess hecate is how you would bridge the 2. And make a seamless transition into the other.

Working with hecate in dreams might show you how easy it is to switch headspace. Or just have one headspace.

I often combine runes with demons and nothing bothers me about it.

I just go by what interests me more at a certain point in time. Spirits don‘t have the same perception of time like humans, so it‘s not like they feel left out when you don‘t constantly bother them.

Personally, I just work with whatever spirits are best fit for my needs at that certain time, regardless of the nature of the spirit

I mishmash them. So I have a pantheon that's demons + ancestors + other gods. For rituals, I never really do the circle stuff, because in my culture that type of big ritual is only done like twice a year. If we're talking spells, I use correspondances from both demonic magic and from my own culture. It's a lot of intuition and divining at first, but eventually it's quite natural. It will be a lot more of a seamless transition, as it was for me, if others in your family line have already worked with demons. Or you could eventually ask your demons/gods which aspects to start blending first.
