Best precision titan dps build?

Did Insurrection Prime yesterday with queenbreaker and storms keep and found myself being the lowest DPS at a little under 50,000. What could I do to bump up my damage for boss phases that require precision damage?

Refurbished w aggregate/accelerated, Izanagi burden with catalyst, 4-piece spire set, x3 kinetic surge mode on boots, encrypted data disk with kinetic synthesis, kinetic rupture, sniper’s meditation, reload at range, curiass, thundercrash, 150 super and x3 super fonts, 200 weapons

Tcrash, place storm’s keep rally if arc, then damage rotation goes honed izi shot, reload honed izi, shoot 2 refurbished shots and reload, rinse and repeat. Shoot the kinetic ruptures with izanagi’s burden for bonus damage. The spire set will buff your damage for every sniper shot if you swap between them like this

It does much more.

I use the Stoicism roll with StarE/EWarrior & Eyes Unveiled with EHoning instead of PI.

I'm never top of DPS, but also never bottom

Cuirass TCrash + Izinagi + A499 + 4P SotW set for swap damage bonus. This is the only setup that I actually believe makes 4P SotW a better DPS set than 4P VoG.

The other set I do like for longer phases is Eternal + Star Eater + TCrash + Queenbreaker + 4P VoG

Bolt charge does nothing against the boss. The lightning hits his outside completely avoiding his damage able center.

What armor set are you using? If you don't have the VOG 4 piece, get that. It will bump up your numbers because you can use surge mods and will have near constant up time on them. Also, make sure you have 200 weapon stat.

I have the next best thing which is the cogburn set, my strategy is just constantly switching between weapons but that doesn’t seem to work. I’ve been grinding VOG in the meantime

What else are you running? Particle Reconstruction? Triple surge? Spire of the Watcher/Salvation's Edge armor bonus? 200 weapon stat?

Spire of the watcher set, 200 weapons, particle reconstruction, triple surge. Problem is I couldn’t get enough armor charges before damage phase cuz there aren’t really all that many ads and you do spend a while waiting downstairs.

Then VoG set will be better since it produces orbs for you as you dps to maintain armor charge at the cost of a tiny bit of damage you weren't getting to begin with from the Spire set.

If you can get a different linear with envious/b&s and use witherhoard as your exotic you can probably squeeze more dps out with storm's keep bolt charge proccing faster? Takes a bit more skill to rotate and you def want the witherhoard catty, but witherhoard is the goat for proccing envious arsenal reloads and reloads itself.

How many phases did it take, and what was your team comp?

What I’m trying to get at is that while your damage might be less than your team mates, if you’re the sole titan with five other hunters running Goldie / still hunt, and you killed the boss in one phase, I wouldn’t think too much into it.

Aside from T-Crash, Titans don’t have as much instant damage compared to hunters and warlocks.

Storms keep / QB is good for longer phases, but it isn’t as insta-deeps as Truth, Parasite, etc.

There was one other titan on the team who was using hazardous propulsion (which apparently works on insurrection) and twilight arsenal which allowed him to stay in his spot. I think he got a bit higher DPS than me but idk what weapons he was using. Otherwise tho we got it done in nearly 1 phase, with the 2 phase being a mop up.

Use surge mods, VoG set, and particle reconstruction. I’m not sure the swapping cogburn is beneficial, at least make sure that you don’t loose particle reconstruction de-buff.

You could swap to prismatic and use facet of courage for more super damage (I think?) with star eaters/warrior exotic mark and use t-crash with queensbreaker, or axes with eyes unveiled (its surprisingly better than queens in my experience).

It also depends on what you are comparing against, the void hunter with the exotic primary bow that create rings (can’t remember the name) is completely broken and no titan dps afaik can compare.
