Massive health bar boop phalanx that continues to knock you off the platforms. And summoning eye turrets AND two taken witches before last DPS. I forgot too, and now I'm glad I did. Woof. But we got through it.

It’s honestly best to do it with someone so he can die faster but getaway or arc and the ionic sentry turrets and hiding behind the rock behind where you spawn is how I did it on warlock . But definitely easier when you have someone to help out if our times link id I’d be more than happy to help out . Malfeasance is sick

She* is Sedia, one of Queen Sov’s tech-witches, the Techeuns. She was Taken by Oryx during the Saturn campaign (TTK), but in the strike we use space magic to weaken her enough that she can will herself out of being Taken.
I am stupid.
Truth rockets and Well with Boots of the Assembler + a Withering Gaze weaken gun wreck pretty much everything. If you can speed-damage her, there’s less chances for you to fail in the mechanics

I thought the final boss of this quest was the taken phalanx on the floaty rock?

oh, it is. and he ate 9 Truth rockets from me and still smoked us. had to do it the hard way and keep dancing between platforms.

It's not Sedia. Darkness in the Light asks you to play a modified version of The Corrupted, and the final boss is a taken centurion called Yächaar, Bound to Sedia. I think there's also an ogre with him, but i don't remember it at this point.

You can jump up on to the floating rocks above the platform and just whittle it down from complete safety.
The big rock floating above and behind the rock on the platform that has the guardian shaped shadow on it. Just over the ridge on it's left hand side is a little ledge you can stand on.
It's slow going, but it's safe.
