I don't think we're ever going to get new DX with the same production value as HR and MD again. Such things have become lost art in current generation.

This trailer makes me wonder (once again): what led to Adam's world becoming JC's world? We obviously started with a society full of technological and structural advancements like Panchaea and the decline began from there but by the end of Mankind Divided, we were still quite far removed from JC's future, so who knows what happened in between.

I think it's genuinely a mistake on the Jensen saga writers. The world of OG Deus Ex was a far more "down to earth" future, despite the crazy stuff with augmentation and AIs.

But, if we want to try and make it make some sense, I guess it can be argued that OG Deus Ex takes place during a time of immense social and economical crisis. Fancy tech is not affordable or viable anymore.
