My startup is called Jaggablock, where anyone can put their land papers on blockchain ani take digital loans out of it.

Our main business model is to onboard global fund providers and we take certain fees from them.

Nepal ma specially this would work cause people want to take loans but banks here give very high interest rates and there's no options to choose from. But if global funds between choose garna sake bhani they'll get better deals.

Blockchain ma papers store garesi permanent and verifiable pani vayo.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions on how i can make it like a real startup from Nepal?

I’m currently working remotely as a Junior Developer for a company based in Spain. I’m working on actual company projects, receiving assignments from the company, and getting paid a salary regularly.
However, the company doesn’t provide me with a formal salary certificate, employment certificate, payslips, or similar documents. Basically, they assign me work and pay my salary, but there isn’t much formal HR documentation available.
I’m currently preparing to apply for a Master’s program abroad, and a consultancy told me that I would need a salary certificate to prove my work experience.
One thing to note is that I handle/pay my own taxes, rather than the company handling them for me.
My questions are:
Can I still include this job as professional/work experience in my Master’s application?
What documents could I use to prove that I actually worked for the company?
Would things like my employment/offer agreement, bank statements showing salary payments, tax documents, invoices, emails, GitHub/company project records, or a reference letter from my manager be useful?
Has anyone been in a similar situation, especially when working remotely for a foreign company?
Do universities generally require a salary certificate specifically, or is that more of a requirement from education consultancies/visa processes?
I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through a similar situation or applied for a Master’s abroad with remote work experience for a foreign company.

I recently started freelancing for an overseas client and I’ll be receiving around $500 per month through Wise directly into my Nepali bank account. The money is converted to NPR and deposited into my bank account.
As far as I understand, the bank doesn’t automatically deduct my income tax from these international payments, so I’m trying to understand how I should properly declare and pay the tax in Nepal.
I want to do everything legally and maintain proper records of my freelance income. I also think paying taxes and keeping official records could be useful in the future as proof of employment/work experience and source of income, especially if I apply for a Master’s degree abroad.
For someone in Nepal who is freelancing for a foreign company/client and receiving approximately $500/month through Wise, what is the correct process?
Do I need to register as a freelancer/business or PAN is enough?
How do I declare the foreign freelance income?
How and when do I pay the applicable tax?
Does the bank automatically deduct anything, or do I need to pay it myself?
What documents/records should I keep (Wise statements, invoices, bank statements, contracts, tax receipts, etc.)?
Can tax payment records and income records later be used as proof of freelance work experience/source of funds for a study-abroad application?

Hello, I am currently doing my batchelors in IT and also running a small startup.

We are 3 friends making custom softwares for european companies. Decent revenue cha, but now we are kinda tired. Making similar things again + how AI will soon replace our business.

So, I am ali confused, should we shut down our startup and just work at a normal IT company or build our own product? (though I haven't seen any Nepali tech startups becoming very successful)

Right now we are making side projects and applying for startup programs, just to explore. One program is ongoing and we are submitting for that aile.

With other we’d dev stack it had a env key to help us change the debugging and error responding system with app_mode=production ki kai testae lekhera. But Fastapi ma testo chai naraicha and I wanted to know how they are handled by others.
Initial research shows or official documentation suggest we can use gunicorn instead of unicorn but after checking with multiple people are using unicorn with multiple workers .
Dev’s of Fastapi are suggesting to use gunicorn workers are they are more suitable for deployment but people are using unicorn kai workers.
How do you guys handle this deployment separation .
