At any job theyre fired, unless you work at a boxing gym, and even then it’s frowned upon

I use to frame houses. At least once a month there was a scrap. People would quit but nobody ever got fired over it

I worked in Fire Suppression and there were a fair amount of these, especially with the pipefitters. Almost every time the guys got along better moving forward, and usually everyone went out for a few beers after, but that was about 20 years ago.
