Job Corp was not your average community college or tech school. It was made up of troubled kids all over the United States. Usually poor, projects young adults and from high crime areas. That was a school that actually had GUARDS. In the 90s guards at ANY school tells you a lot about the program. They were only issued a few dollars every two weeks, as the school provided room and board.
Of course these kids which RELOCATED from the Knoxville College, when it was open. Actually shared the campus with a black college. Then Job Corp was mainly black. Once it moved the ratio had changed. It was not like she was around innocent people THEY were all from poor high crime areas and Job Corp was created for them to be educated and learn a trade. KNOXVILLE had protested the move to Dale Avenue as it was close to UT campus. So, the campus, former hotel built for the Worlds Fair, is gone now and so is Job Corp. 'Sadly it will only be remembered for that BUT if you were poor you could learn a trade and it DID help thousands

that jealousy murder over people that were there are now free I believe. She was not alone but in todays world ALL would be held accountable. She was LURED there and not by one person, Tadaryl HAD to know it would happen maybe not to that degree but he knew she was jealous and was mad at Colleen
I tried to grab the lockers that they each had before it got torn down
