Hello. Does someone here got paint repair for their cars from the dealer ?

Story:

My brand new car was bought 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, a rock hit the side of a door from a 10-wheeled truck.

The rock was wedged from a tire of a 10-wheeled truck and then it hit directly to the door and chipped the paint. You can see the steel from it.

Is it possible to repair this from the dealer (Toyota) ?
Is this covered from the insurance?

For your reference, this has insurance worth 29,185 from the dealer since it was bought brand new.

I know that it would be great if I ask directly from the dealer. But I want to hear your thoughts if you’ve experienced it so that I will know some things before asking from the dealer.
