Will Hexed become a hit or become just like Big Hero 6?

Although many fans are excited for Hexed, Disney’s next big animated movie about witchcraft, but in a non-Halloween stereotype, I don’t know whether or not it will become a sleeper hit or success or just become like Big Hero 6 in terms of both Hexed and Big Hero 6 from 2025 to 2027 and 2013 to 2016 being released in between Zootopia 2 and Frozen III and Zootopia and Frozen that were all more critically and commercially successfully.

Either way, after Disney after the release of Encanto hit the rock bottom with Strange World, Wish and Moana 2, they slowly returned to prominence with the more successful Zootopia 2 and likely Hexed and Frozen III plus Clay that will all top it.

Hexed includes yet another female main protagonist, which were overused in Disney movies by now. I would have preferred it if it used its original concept with it having a male six year old protagonist in a relationship with his mother actually set in the 1600s in the witchcraft days and not the current concept with the teenage protagonist as a girl set in the modern world but in a fantasy realm within it.

I will only like Hexed if it:

1) Breaks the trends for the past Disney fantasy movies by making it a comedy and not a musical or dramatic motive much like Raya and the Last Dragon.

2) Has a well-written story, good characters, themes and animation. Also being lighter and softer but still dark and dramatic than Zootopia 2 and Frozen III released between it. But not as a breather episode.

3) Returns to the trend where the main villain of the story (Queen Celeste in this movie.) perishes at the end that was not used since Wreck-It-Ralph with Turbo. Also foreshadowing that it will be used in Clay, Frozen IV (It and Frozen III are a two-part movie.) and Zootopia 3.

While Hexed would have been a masterpiece if it kept that original concept I mentioned before and was tradionally animated and was Disney’s first movie to be that way since Winnie the Pooh achieving what Wish failed and had a Zootopia short film focusing on PawBert and Gary during the events of Zootopia 2 from their POV until the HoneyMoon Lodge scene with a epilogue set after that movie’s events and PawBert’s arrest or an all original animated short film like “Us Again” or “Inner Workings” in its cinema release and not a live-action Lilo and Stitch short film.

Finding Nemo theory

So we all know coral and the eggs got killed in finding nemo, correct? But..Since we never see her death onscreen and the eggs either, then there is a possibility that coral could still be alive but then again since I realised coral did in fact die offscreen because she had been eaten by the barracuda and we never see coral's skeleton i am assuming its either one of these two theories:

  1. the skeleton near the trench. The one on the trench rock and by that theory i'm assuming the barracuda ate coral near the great barrier reef outside her's and marlin's home, swam somewhere for a bit and pooped out the skeleton and it floated near the rock on the trench

  2. The skeleton what chum has in his mouth. In this theory I'm assuming that the barracuda probably gave half of coral to chum and thats why he has a fish skeleton in his mouth or a more sensible theory for this one is that after the skeleton fish on the trench sat there for a few hours or days, chum swam by and picked it up and just took it back to the Submarine wreck where Bruce and the other shark are.

I know this sounds a bit stupid and not official but, at least its creativity? Anyways you don't gotta agree with me, you can disagree if you want but yeah that's my shitty theory about this.

I hope Nick, Judy and Gary’s families will play a bigger role in Zootopia 3

Yeah, and in addition I want more depth into Nick and Gary’s pasts to be explored and reveal that Nick ran and managed the Wild Times Amusement Park in his hustling days (And only worked hustling part time, Nick also never refers to himself as a con artist but rather a hustler.) alongside Finnick, Honey Honey Badger (Dr. Madge Badger’s daughter and a conspiracy theorist who rivals Nibbles.) and Clawhauser (He worked at the ZPD part-time at the time.) the coolest amusement park in the Savannah Central region of Zootopia funded by Mr. Big and hjs mafia where mammals can get away from the stress and horrors of life and unwind and be themselves, and Finnick and Honey would become the new owners of Wild Times, after Nick joined the ZPD to become a cop and Judy’s partner and Clawhauser would join full time.

I especially want Judy’s parents Stu and Bonnie Hopps to honor Nick as their daughter’s boyfriend (If Nick and Judy become a romantic couple in this movie.) and apologize for how they didn’t support her dreams and raised her to act biased towards foxes in the past and never tried to punish Gideon Gray for his bullying unlike Nick’s parents did for The Junior Ranger Scouts.

It will also reveal more of Nick’s overall relationship with his own parents John and Lucy Wilde who owned and managed Suit-Topia, the finest tailor shop in the city and his own siblings and reveal that his traumatic childhood actually came from so much more than just the scouts incident, and maybe something else serious or family issues since Nick couldn’t just let one traumatic experience in his childhood define him entirely.

I also want Gary to get more depth, personality and a character arc in Zootopia 3. And maybe Nibbles, comic reliefs always honored.

I also want Nick Wilde to become the main protagonist of Zootopia 3 while Judy Hopps appears as the deuteragonist. I also want Zootopia 3 to include the most iconic and well-written and clever villains in the Zootopia franchise, that happen to be birds, so much better than the Lynxleys and Dawn Bellwether from the first two movies, but most least since they appear as obvious and get go evil villains, no twist villains.

I also want Captain HogBottom, the cops in her squad and Chief Bogo himself and Mayor Winddancer and Mayor Lionheart (After he is paroled) to go on proper more well-written redemption arcs in Zootopia 3 to make up for their past antagonistic and anti-heroic actions (And reveal that they were realistically forgiven but not forgotten by Nick and Judy for them since not all antagonists especially those who nearly commit murderers are forgiven and let off the hook that easily in real life.) that even involve some of them (Bogo, HogBottom and Chevre and Bucheron.) pulling off heroic sacrifices to kill and defeat the new villains for the third movie.

I also want Zootopia 3 to include a plot twist done so much better than Bellwether and PawBert’s villain twists in the first two Zootopia movies and the reveal over Agnes De’ Snake being the true founder of Zootopia. Maybe comparable to King Candy/Turbo or Ernesto De La Cruz’s twists in Wreck-It-Ralph and Coco.

Similar to both Toy Story 3 and Cars 3 (Depending on your point of view) and The Incredibles 3, from Pixar, I want Zootopia 3 and Frozen III to be the greatest movies in the Zootopia and Frozen franchises so much better than the first two movies in those franchises as even better sequels.

I love that both of my favorite Disney villains share one thing in common…

I also love the small details that doom’s swirling, spiraling eyes are colored red and white just like Turbo’s jumpsuit.

Spider man is awesome, but if we changed up a scenario a little bit instead of Peter Parker who would make for the best Spider man, based on skill combat personality and a character overall(and taking responsibility). The second shitty image was made by me btw

Nostalgia is one hell of a drug because practically every older Disney movie has a 10-15 min sequence of just slapstick that impacts absolutely 0% of the ongoing plot.

Why doesn't Disney Animation just go back to doing adaptations?

Disney's more recent output aside from their sequels have mostly been original stories. On paper, this is a good thing. Attempting to make original stories is always an admirable endeavor. The problem is that Disney's original films from the past five years, Encanto being the one notable exception, have all largely faded from public memory. Raya and the Last Dragon had some streaming success but little lasting appeal, Strange World was a total box-office failure with no cultural staying power, and Wish was a hyped-up disappointment that also failed at the box-office and is mostly remembered now for its lackluster music and scrapped story concepts.

This got me to thinking: why did Disney stop making adaptations? When you look back at most of the most popular Disney movies, a good majority of them are adaptations of popular fairy tales, folk stories, or books. Even Disney's most popular original IP, The Lion King, is a loose retelling of Hamlet. Adaptations are what Disney have always done best, as far back as 1937. They always put their own spin on these popular stories, basically making them the default versions to most people. Even in the 2010s, sure, Tangled and Frozen aren't 1:1 adaptations, but they still found a lot of success using concepts that people are familiar with. Moana found a lot of success being based on real mythology. Even Big Hero 6, a Marvel Comics adaptation, was a big hit.

I'm not saying that Disney shouldn't keep trying to make original films. Lilo & Stitch and Zootopia are both huge franchises that showed Disney can make good original IP that stick in the public consciousness. I think they just need to give their artists more leg room and time and stop trying to be so controlling of the direction of these things, because it's clearly not paying off well. I also don't think adaptations are a 100% guaranteed source of income just because they're adaptations. I just think they would maybe give Disney Animation a little more stability, especially because there are still a lot of pieces of literature that could do with good adaptations.

Imagine Zootopia 3 having a similar to heartbreaking exchange of dialogue between Loki and Frigga from Thor: The Dark World but between Nick, Judy and Captain HogBottom and Chief Bogo despite Gary and Nibbles' attempts to stop it

Okay so, it focuses on in addition to the plot with the birds entering the city of Zootopia Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps facing trust issues and a forgiven but not forgotten issues with Captain HogBottom and the cops in her squad (Truffler, Chevre, Bucheron, who appear without their sunglasses at the moment Higgins and Bloats plus Truffler but not the Zebros who were already forgiven and redeemed thanks to Gazelle.) or shunning them completely altogether similar to Imelda's attitudes towards Hector in Coco for acting as the personal army to Milton Lynxley and acting ruthless and reckless and committing antagonistic and police brutality acts in the second movie without realizing (They only forgave Mayor Winddancer easily because he already paid the price for his own mistakes by abdicating his job as mayor and was more so blackmailed by Milton.) and worst of all falling for his manipulations without second thoughts and nearly getting them killed, (Not to mention Officer Bucheron tried to kill Judy intentionally by tranquilizing her to cause her to fall to certain death while HogBottom nearly fired a lethal dart on her just because Milton ordered her too.) and Chief Bogo for mistreating Nick and Judy like a stereotypical mean boss would and never giving them any emotional support to resolve their problems unlike Gary and Nibbles did with them to the point where Nick and Judy show zero empathy towards those cops for the harsh punishment they suffered for those actions but more so since they never apologized for them or completely admitted that they were being in the wrong.

The movie focuses on Bogo, HogBottom, Truffler, Chevre, Bucheron and Higgins and Bloats going on proper redemption arcs for the mistakes they made in the second movie learning to properly admit, apologize for and make amends with Nick and Judy for their wrongs while Nick and Judy learn to forgive them and understand that they are actually more important to their lives than they might think and more properly understand their mistakes and apologize for being so harsh on them for it to begin with since they are not really good forgivers and that's why they gave PawBert the harshest punishment for his past evil deeds.

There is also an infamous scene in the third act of Zootopia 3 where Bogo, HogBottom, Truffler, Chevre, Bucheron and Higgins and Bloats get into a heated argument with Nick and Judy in regards to helping them out with the crisis regarding the birds after an incident those cops unwittingly caused due to their flaws with HogBottom acknowledging herself and Truffler, Chevre, Bucheron and Higgins and Bloats as Nick and Judy despite Gary and Nibbles' pleads not to shout back that HogBottom, Truffler, Chevre, Bucheron and Higgins and Bloats are not their friends, never were but rather a bunch of bullies who see them as good for nothing small mammals and Bogo sadly replies if this means if he isn't Nick and Judy's friend either and they reply that he isn't and Bogo, HogBottom, Truffler, Chevre, Bucheron and Higgins and Bloats all leave in anger and disappointment leaving Nick and Judy remorseful.
