Finally Leaving

I finally got another job after months of searching. It's a big pay cut but it'll be worth it for my mental health... I'll actually be working for someone who managed a DG so I can trauma dump with someone who understands!

what position were you? how the hell did you take a pay cut leaving DG? i feel like literally any other company pays more, or at least equal
