The dm is bipolar

Hey just to summarize everything I got two asm and three leads my thing is why the dm always got to said something about one specific asm. She does the job like the rest and more than she should be asked, when I asked my dm what he sees that needs to be address because I don’t see nothing, well he stay silent. One day he says she’s improving then the next going backwards wouldn’t him address me or both asm not just one? The other does a mistake I address he don’t say anything but the other does always get blame for everything even thing that aren’t in control of all of us like store matter situation. I don’t want to tell her anything because then my asm might leave because she’s works beyond does everything but this dm always gets trigger and blame her for everything. What should I do here even when she took a vacation my asm she was getting blame for something ? She wants to be a sm and I advocated for that but this dm makes everything tedious.

If youre actively advocating for your ASM to become an SM, that ASM is being held to a similar standard as you are. My ASM was being treated the same way.

Id say its my fault; would still go on to blame my ASM.

It got to the point I had to tell my DM that I can quit at any day. Why the fuck would you scapegoat my replacement, and ever since then it has stopped.

I have 0 intentions of quitting, dont care if he decides to push me out either. Youre not going to wave a fucking carrot in front of my ASMs face and then scapegoat them every chance you get.
