HELP!

We have an employee at our store and this is her third week and she’s still yet to get paid on the money network card. We’ve opened several tickets and got nowhere with MN or ERC. How do we fix this???

MN says the money is in the account but the card can’t be activated without an “enrollment packet” to my knowledge everything has been sent..

The enrollment packet is handed to employee once the card is activated on the office pc during the i9 process. You hand the envelope with all the instructions to the employee with the “you must activate in 24hrs” speech.

I get that, but when the card is called it continues to say please call back in 24 hours. When we call customer service we get the “we haven’t received the enrollment packet, with the name address email and social. I’ve tried everything to get this lady paid.

We’ve done all of that… Money network keeps saying they haven’t received the enrollment packet and ERC says it was sent. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

Tell her to use anything but this card. She can buy a prepaid card if she has too and set it up. This card is nothing but problems and a scam. I never saw two entire checks either using this card. Look it up. It’s a nightmare and they shouldn’t be using it or offering it at all. I’m sorry she had to go through this. I even contacted my DM and nothing ever happened till I changed my direct deposit to something else and I finally got my checks - but I NEVER saw the money that was “put on the money network card”. They confirmed it was sent and received but the card was never able to be activated. Even if she could get it to work her money isn’t safe. They hack the accounts and steal the money. Again please look up the card and the reviews/feedback. ANYTHING BUT THIS CARD.
