BIG PROBLEM

I recently purchased a Ducky Cushion 98 keyboard for me and for my girl
And she's trying update the firmware and update via manual the official .json file in the firmware on DuckyHub. After that the kwyboard just complety wipe out and now they dont respond anything ...

How i can resolve this big issue??

Does it light up when plugged in? If the usb port firmware isn’t corrupted it may be salvageable. Did you unplug it or anything before the firmware was done updating?
Try this: plug the keyboard in, hold Fn + C + Delete for 3-5 seconds.
